(%quot%cegedel%quot%, luxembourg) acquire within the meaning of article 3(1)(b) of the council regulation joint control of the newly created undertaking newjv comprising of the undertakings vse net gmbh (%quot%vsenet%quot%, germany) belonging to vse and cegecom s.a.
