Now it has been refurbished in order to produce 80% RCF magazine paper (SC-quality, […] [5] g/m2, uncoated). Its capacity is to be 165000 tonnes per year. The investments concern adaptations to the raw materials treatment and supply (in particular the existing DIP1), to the mill itself and to its gas, heating and quality control systems, etc. The total investment cost amounts to EUR 39555000.

During the final control of the finished product before its release for sale or distribution or for use in clinical trials, the quality control system shall take into account, in addition to analytical results, essential information such as the production conditions, the results of in-process controls, the examination of the manufacturing documents and the conformity of the product to its specifications, including the final finished pack.

Det bemyndigede organ vurderer navnlig, om kvalitetskontrolsystemet sikrer produkternes overensstemmelse med direktivets krav på baggrund af den relevante dokumentation, der leveres i henhold til punkt 3.1 og 3.2, herunder, når det er relevant, prøvningsresultater leveret af fabrikanten.

The notified body must assess in particular whether the quality control system ensures conformity of the products with the requirements of the Directive in the light of the relevant documentation supplied in respect of points 3.1 and 3.2 including, where relevant, test results supplied by the manufacturer.
