4) "hastende sikkerhedsrestriktion": en foreløbig ændring af produktinformationen vedrørende specielt et eller flere af følgende punkter i produktresuméet: indikationer, posologi, kontraindikationer, advarsler, målarter og tilbagetrækningsperioder som følge af nye oplysninger, der har betydning for sikkerheden ved anvendelsen af lægemidlet.

4.%quot%urgent safety restriction%quot% means an interim change, due to new information having a bearing on the safe use of the medicinal product, to the product information concerning particularly one or more of the following items in the summary of product characteristics: the indications, posology, contraindications, warnings, target species and withdrawal periods.

3. Hver virksomhed med en kvote oplagrer i det pågældende produktionsår på egne omkostninger i tilbagetrækningsperioden en mængde sukker, der beregnes ved, at virksomhedens kvoteproduktion multipliceres med den i stk. 1 omhandlede procentdel.

3. Each undertaking provided with a quota shall store at its own expense during the period of withdrawal the quantities of sugar corresponding to the application of the percentage referred to in paragraph 1 to its production under quota for the marketing year concerned.

4. Er sukkerforsyningen i EF utilstrækkelig, kan det efter proceduren i artikel 39, stk. 2, besluttes, at en vis mængde sukker, isoglucose og inulinsirup, der er trukket tilbage, sælges på EF-markedet før udløbet af tilbagetrækningsperioden.

4. If sugar supply on the Community is inadequate, it may be decided, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 39(2), that a certain quantity of withdrawn sugar, isoglucose and inuline syrup may be sold on the Community market before the end of the period of withdrawal.
