Test report

In dit geval moet een video-opname worden gemaakt die deel uitmaakt van het beproevingsverslag.

De aangemelde instantie verricht periodieke controles om erop toe te zien dat de fabrikant het kwaliteitssysteem onderhoudt en toepast en bezorgt de fabrikant een beproevingsverslag.

The notified body shall periodically carry out audits to make sure that the manufacturer maintains and applies the quality assurance system and must provide an audit report to the manufacturer.

2. Onverminderd de bepalingen van artikel 6 is, na plaatsing van uitrusting die voldoet aan de voorschriften van deze richtlijn aan boord van een communautair schip, beoordeling daarvan door de instantie van de vlaggestaat van dat schip toegestaan, wanneer de internationale instrumenten om redenen van veiligheid en/of verontreinigingspreventie prestatieproeven in bedrijf aan boord voorschrijven, mits dit niet leidt tot doublures met de reeds uitgevoerde overeenstemmingsbeoordelingsprocedures. De instantie van de vlaggestaat kan van de fabrikant van de uitrusting, diens in de Gemeenschap gevestigde gemachtigde of de persoon die in de Gemeenschap verantwoordelijk is voor het op de markt brengen van de uitrusting eisen dat de inspectie-/beproevingsverslagen worden overgelegd.

2. Notwithstanding Article 6, after the installation of equipment which complies with this Directive on board a Community ship, evaluation by that ship's flag State administration of that equipment shall be permitted when operational on-board performance tests are required by international instruments for safety and/or pollution-prevention purposes, provided that they do not duplicate the conformity-assessment procedures already carried out. The flag State administration may require the manufacturer of the equipment, his authorized representative established within the Community or the person responsible for marketing the equipment within the Community to provide the inspection/testing reports.

De instantie van de vlaggestaat kan van de fabrikant van de uitrusting, diens in de Gemeenschap gevestigde gemachtigde of de persoon die in de Gemeenschap verantwoordelijk is voor het op de markt brengen van de uitrusting eisen dat de inspectie-/beproevingsverslagen worden overgelegd.

The flag State administration may require the manufacturer of the equipment, his authorized representative established within the Community or the person responsible for marketing the equipment within the Community to provide the inspection/testing reports.

Ten behoeve van een correcte verwijzing naar de relevante normen moet op de beproevingsverslagen en het passende typegoedkeuringscertificaat worden aangegeven welke norm en welke versie daarvan, zoals aangegeven in kolom 5, werd toegepast.

For the purpose of identifying correctly the relevant standards, the test reports and the appropriate type-approval certificates shall specify the specific testing standard applied and its version, as identified in column 5.

Indien een fabrikant opnieuw de typegoedkeuring aanvraagt voor uitrusting waarvoor een typecertificaat is geweigerd, dient bij zijn aanvraag tot de aangemelde instantie alle nodige informatie te worden gevoegd, met inbegrip van de oorspronkelijke beproevingsverslagen, de uitvoerige motivering van de eerdere weigering en een nadere beschrijving van alle aan de uitrusting aangebrachte wijzigingen.

Where a manufacturer reapplies for type-approval for equipment for which a type-certificate has been refused, his submission to the notified body must include all relevant documentation, including the original test reports, the detailed reasons for the previous refusal and details of all modifications made to the equipment.
