II – THE APPLICATION OF THE COMMUNITY RULES IN THE AREA OF SOCIAL SERVICES – AN ONGOING LOGIC

het is in het belang van alle lidstaten dat er Gemeenschapsvoorschriften worden vastgesteld die de hoogst mogelijke normen opleggen.

it is in the interests of all the Member States that Community rules imposing the highest possible standards should be established;

e) schadeloosstellingen die in strijd met de Gemeenschapsvoorschriften naast andere communautaire subsidies, zoals slachtpremies, zijn betaald,

(e) compensation paid in addition to other Community support, such as slaughter premiums, in contravention of Community rules;

meer maatregelen om een betere inachtneming van de Gemeenschapsvoorschriften voor milieubescherming af te dwingen en inbreuken op de milieuwetgeving aan te pakken;

increased measures to improve respect for Community rules on the protection of the environment and addressing infringements of environmental legislation;

e) schadeloosstellingen die — in strijd met de Gemeenschapsvoorschriften — naast andere communautaire subsidies, zoals slachtpremies, worden uitgekeerd;

(e) compensation paid in addition to other Community support, such as slaughter premiums, in contravention of Community rules;

Voorts zijn zij gebaseerd op de maatregelen die getroffen zijn ingevolge Richtlijn 2001/81/EG en de andere toepasselijke, bestaande en toekomstige Gemeenschapsvoorschriften.

Furthermore, they shall build upon measures taken under the provisions of Directive 2001/81/EC and other relevant existing and future EC legislation.

Teeltmateriaal dat aan deze eisen voldoet mag slechts aan beperkingen betreffende het in de handel brengen worden onderworpen waarin de Gemeenschapsvoorschriften voorzien;

Reproductive material satisfying those requirements must be subject only to such marketing restrictions as are provided for in Community rules;

(28) Het in de handel brengen van detergentia die aan deze verordening voldoen, moet, onverminderd andere toepasselijke Gemeenschapsvoorschriften, worden toegestaan.
