5 - تطلب إلى الأمانة العامة أن تكفل توجيه انتباه الدول، في الطلبات التي توجه إلى الدول الأعضاء لالتماس أفراد للعمل كخبراء موفدين في بعثات، إلى أنه من المنتظر من أي شخص يعمل بتلك الصفة أن يلتزم بمعايير رفيعة في سلوكه وتصرفاته وأن يكون على علم بأن بعض أنواع السلوك قد ترقى إلى مرتبة الجريمة ويمكن مساءلته عنها؛

46. Governments should ensure that children benefit from an early age from education about values, attitudes, modes of behaviour and ways of life in order to enable them to resolve any dispute peacefully and in a spirit of respect for human dignity, with tolerance and non-discrimination. Governments should promote a culture of peace, tolerance and dialogue, including in both formal and non-formal education.

46 - ينبغي للحكومات أن تكفل استفادة الأطفال، ابتداء من سن مبكرة، من تعليم القيم والمواقف والأنماط السلوكية وأساليب الحياة التي تسمح لهم بحل أي نزاع بطريقة سلمية وبروح من احترام الكرامة الإنسانية والتسامح وعدم التمييز. وينبغي للحكومات تعزيز ثقافة السلام والتسامح والحوار، بما في ذلك في التعليم النظامي وغير النظامي على حد سواء.
