(c) Guarantee that any person deprived of liberty shall be held solely in officially recognized and supervised places of deprivation of liberty;

(ج) ضمان عدم إيداع الشخص الذي يحرم من حريته إلا في مكان معترف به رسميا وخاضع للمراقبة؛

(g) "Confiscation", which includes forfeiture where applicable, shall mean the permanent deprivation of property by order of a court or other competent authority;

(ز) يقصد بتعبير "المصادرة"، التي تشمل التجريد حيثما انطبق، الحرمان الدائم من الممتلكات بأمر صادر عن محكمة أو سلطة مختصة أخرى؛

2. Without prejudice to other international obligations of the State Party with regard to the deprivation of liberty, each State Party shall, in its legislation:

2 - دون الإخلال بالالتزامات الدولية الأخرى للدولة الطرف في مجال الحرمان من الحرية، يتعين على كل دولة طرف، في إطار تشريعاتها، القيام بما يلي:

(g) "Confiscation", which includes forfeiture where applicable, shall mean the permanent deprivation of property by order of a court or other competent authority;

(ز) يقصد بتعبير "المصادرة"، التي تشمل الحجز حيثما انطبق، التجريد النهائي من الممتلكات بموجب أمر صادر عن محكمة أو سلطة مختصة أخرى؛

(b) "Serious crime" shall mean conduct constituting an offence punishable by a maximum deprivation of liberty of at least four years or a more serious penalty;

(ب) يقصد بتعبير "جريمة خطيرة" سلوك يمثل جرما يعاقب عليه بالحرمان التام من الحرية لمدة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات أو بعقوبة أشد؛

(e) That domestic violence can include economic deprivation and isolation and that such conduct may cause imminent harm to the safety, health or well-being of women;

(هـ) بأن العنف العائلي يمكن أن يشمل الحرمان الاقتصادي والعزلة وأن مثل هذا السلوك قد يسبب بالغ الأذى لسلامة المرأة أو صحتها أو رفاهها؛

(e) The place of deprivation of liberty, the date and time of admission to the place of deprivation of liberty and the authority responsible for the place of deprivation of liberty;

(هـ) مكان الحرمان من الحرية، وتاريخ وساعة الدخول في مكان الحرمان من الحرية، والسلطة المسؤولة عن الحرمان من الحرية؛

(d) The whereabouts of the person deprived of liberty, including, in the event of a transfer to another place of deprivation of liberty, the destination and the authority responsible for the transfer;

(b) Are not deprived of their liberty unlawfully or arbitrarily, and that any deprivation of liberty is in conformity with the law, and that the existence of a disability shall in no case justify a deprivation of liberty.

(ب) عدم حرمانهم من حريتهم بشكل غير قانوني أو بشكل تعسفي وأن يكون أي حرمان من الحرية متسقا مع القانون، وألا يكون وجود الإعاقة مبررا بأي حال من الأحوال لأي حرمان من الحرية.
