Also welcomes the convening by the High Commissioner at Bonn, from 12 to 14 March 2001, of the Third Expert Consultation on the Right to Food, with a focus on implementation mechanisms at the country level, hosted by the Government of Germany, and takes note with interest of the report of this meeting;

14 - ترحب أيضا بعقد المفوضة السامية اجتماع التشاور الثالث للخبراء بشأن الحق في الغذاء، الذي استضافته حكومة ألمانيا، في بون في الفترة من 12 إلى 14 آذار/مارس 2001، والذي ركز على آليات التنفيذ على المستوى القطري، وتحيط علما مع الاهتمام بتقرير هذا الاجتماع()؛

24. Further notes the request by the Commission on Human Rights that the Working Group and the independent expert consider, as appropriate, the relevant economic and development outcomes of the international conferences, inter alia, the South Summit of the Group of Seventy-seven, and the follow-up thereto, in elaborating their recommendations for the implementation of the right to development;

24 - تلاحظ كذلك طلب لجنة حقوق الإنسان أن ينظر الفريق العامل والخبير المستقل، حسبما يكون ملائما، في النتائج الاقتصادية والإنمائية ذات الصلة للمؤتمــرات الدوليــة، بما فيهــا قمــة الجنــوب لمجموعة الـ‍ 77() وأعمال المتابعة الخاصة بها، عند قيامهما بصياغة توصياتهما من أجل تنفيذ الحق في التنمية؛

Welcoming all the regional initiatives being undertaken to implement the Durban commitments, and in this context expressing its appreciation to the Governments of Mexico, Kenya and the Czech Republic for hosting the regional expert seminars with a view to the implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action within their respective regions, and encouraging other regions to take the necessary action in this regard,

وإذ ترحـب بالمبادرات الإقليمية الجاري الاضطلاع بهـا من أجل تنفيـذ التـزامات ديربان، وإذ تعـرب في هذا السياق عن تقديرها لحكومات المكسيك وكينيا والجمهورية التشيكية لاستضافتها حلقات دراسية للخبراء الإقليمييـن بهـدف تنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان ضمن منطقة كل منها، وإذ تشجـع بقيـة المناطق على اتخاذ الإجراءات الضرورية في هذا الصـدد،

Welcoming the decision by the Association of Caribbean States to establish the Working Group of Experts on the Caribbean Sea Initiative to further advance the implementation of resolution 55/203, inter alia, through the preparation of a technical report,

وإذ ترحب بقرار رابطة الدول الكاريبية القاضي بإنشاء فريق عامل من الخبراء معني بمبادرة بلدان منطقة البحر الكاريـبي من أجل المضي قدما في تنفيذ القرار 55/203 بجملة أمور منها إعداد تقرير فني،

Taking note with appreciation of the recommendations on strengthening the promotion, protection and implementation of the human rights of migrants of the working group of intergovernmental experts on the human rights of migrants established by the Commission on Human Rights,

وإذ تحيط علما مع التقدير بالتوصيات الداعية إلى زيادة تعزيز وحماية وإعمال حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين التي أصدرها فريق الخبراء الحكوميين الدوليين العامل المعني بحقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين() الذي أنشأته لجنة حقوق الإنسان،

Having considered the report of the preparatory meeting of experts on the midterm comprehensive global review of the implementation of the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2001-2010, held in New York from 5 to 7 September 2006,

وقد نظرت في تقرير اجتماع الخبراء التحضيري المعني باستعراض منتصف المدة العالمي الشامل لتنفيذ برنامج عمل العقد 2001-2010 لصالح أقل البلدان نموا() المعقود في نيويورك في الفترة من 5 إلى 7 أيلول/سبتمبر 2006،

2. Also requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its sixty-first session on the implementation of the regulations governing the status, basic rights and duties of officials other than Secretariat officials and experts on mission, adopted in its resolution 56/280.

2 - تطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والستين تقريرا عن تنفيذ النظام الأساسي لتنظيم مركز المسؤولين بخلاف موظفي الأمانة العامة والخبراء القائمين بمهمة وحقوقهم وواجباتهم الأساسية المعتمد في قرارها 56/280.

1. Reiterates its request to the Secretary-General, contained in its resolution 60/238 of 23 December 2005, to report to it at its sixty-first session on the implementation of the regulations governing the status, basic rights and duties of officials other than Secretariat officials and experts on mission;

1 - تكرر طلبها إلى الأمين العام الوارد في قرارها 60/238 المؤرخ 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005 أن يقدم إليها في دورتها الحادية والستين تقريرا عن تنفيذ القواعد التنظيمية لمركز المسؤولين بخلاف موظفي الأمانة العامة والخبراء القائمين بمهمة وحقوقهم وواجباتهم الأساسية؛

Welcoming the report of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on the Right to Development on its second session, including the proposed strategy contained therein, and welcoming in particular the recommendation that a follow-up mechanism should be established to ensure promotion and implementation of the Declaration on the Right to Development,

وإذ ترحب بتقرير فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي بشأن الحق في التنمية في دورته الثانية()، بما فيه الاستراتيجية المقترحة، وترحب خاصة بالتوصية بإنشاء آلية متابعة لضمان تعزيز وتنفيذ إعلان الحق في التنمية،

4. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments of the Convention and to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review Conferences, including all necessary assistance to the annual meetings of the States parties and the meetings of experts;

4 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها، بما في ذلك تقديم كل ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الاجتماعات السنوية للدول الأطراف وإلى اجتماعات الخبراء؛

4. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments of the Convention and to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review Conferences, including all necessary assistance to the annual meetings of the States parties and the meetings of experts;

4 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمــات لتنفيــذ مقررات وتوصيات المؤتمرات الاستعراضيــة، بما في ذلك تقــديم كل ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الاجتماعات السنوية للدول الأطراف وإلى اجتماعات الخبراء؛

28. Expresses its appreciation for the continuing work of the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action and the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent, and looks forward to the consideration of the outcomes of their third sessions by the Commission on Human Rights at its sixty-first session;

28 - تعرب عن تقديرها للعمل المتواصل الذي يقوم به الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالتنفيذ الفعلي لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، وفريق الخبراء العامل المعني بالمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي، وتتطلع إلى النظر في نتائج دورتيهما الثالثة من جانب لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها الحادية والستين؛

36. Expresses its appreciation for the continuing work in follow-up to the World Conference undertaken by the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the group of independent eminent experts on the implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action and the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent;

36 - تعرب عن تقديرها للعمل المتواصل لمتابعة المؤتمر العالمي الذي يقوم به الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالتنفيذ الفعال لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وفريق الخبراء البارزين المستقلين المعني بتنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وفريق الخبراء العامل المعني بالمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي؛
