(a) The offence is committed against a national of that State Party;

(أ) عندما يُرتكب الجرم ضد أحد مواطني تلك الدولة الطرف؛

(d) Before a State Party nominates a national of another State Party, it shall seek and obtain the consent of that State Party.

(د) قبل أن ترشح دولة طرف مواطنا من دولة طرف أخرى، تطلب موافقة كتابية من تلك الدولة وتحصل عليها.

(c) No more than two nationals of a State Party shall be nominated;

(ج) لا يُرشح أكثر من مواطنين اثنين من دولة طرف واحدة؛

5. Further encourages the conferences of the parties to promote the streamlining of national reporting;

5 - تشجع كذلك مؤتمرات الأطراف على تعزيز تبسيط طريقة تقديم التقارير الوطنية؛

Secretary of the National Democratic Party policies, in an open dialogue on all issues of concern to young people related to the future of Egypt. The meeting will take place at the party headquarters in Cairo.

أمين السياسات بالحزب الوطني الديمقراطي، فى حوار مفتوح حول كافة القضايا التى تهم الشباب وتتصل بمستقبل مصر، وذلك بمقر الحزب فى القاهرة.

(b) At least one of the two candidates shall have the nationality of the nominating State Party;

(ب) يحمل أحد المرشحين على الأقل جنسية الدولة الطرف التي ترشحه؛

(c) When the disappeared person is one of its nationals and the State Party considers it appropriate.

(ج) عندما يكون الشخص المختفي من رعاياها وترى الدولة الطرف هذه ملاءمة إقرار اختصاصها.

2. (a) The nominees shall have the nationality of a State Party to the present Protocol;

2 - (أ) يحمل المرشحان جنسية إحدى الدول الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول؛

(e) The continuing restrictions placed on the National League for Democracy and other political parties which prevented them from participating in the National Convention;

(هـ) القيود المستمرة المفروضة على الرابطة الوطنية من أجل الديمقراطية وأحزاب سياسية أخرى مما حال بينها وبين المشاركة في المؤتمر الوطني؛

The Palestinian branch of the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir has rejected any notion of elections 'under the spears of occupation', with or without a national agreement between the two main parties Fatah and Hamas.

الفرع الفلسطيني من حزب التحرير الإسلامي رفض أي فكرة عن الانتخابات تحت حراب الاحتلال , مع أو بدون اتفاق وطني بين الأحزاب الرئيسية فتح و حماس.

6. Each State Party shall inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations of the name and address of the authority or authorities that can assist other States Parties in developing measures to prevent transnational organized crime.

6- تبلغ كل دولة طرف الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة باسم وعنوان السلطة أو السلطات التي يمكنها أن تساعد الدول الأطراف الأخرى على وضع تدابير لمنع الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

(e) The absence of effective and genuine participation of the representatives of the National League for Democracy and other political parties and some ethnic nationality groups in the National Convention and the slow pace of the democratic reform;

(هـ) عدم وجود مشاركة فعالة وحقيقية من جانب ممثلي الرابطة الوطنية من أجل الديمقراطية وأحزاب سياسية أخرى وبعض الجماعات المنتمية إلى قوميات عرقية في المؤتمر الوطني وبطء وتيرة الإصلاح الديمقراطي؛
