We don't usually think of a newborn as having teeth. However, at birth the crowns of the 20 "baby" or primary teeth are almost completely formed, and they are hidden from view in an infant’s jawbones. The four front teeth—two upper and two lower—usually erupt first, beginning as early as six months after birth. Most children have a full set of primary teeth by the time they are 3 years old. The child's jaws continue to grow, making room for the permanent (adult) teeth that will begin to erupt at about age 6 years. Primary teeth may be temporary, but they deserve good care. A child needs strong, healthy primary teeth not only to chew food easily, but to pronounce words properly.

نحن لا نفكر عادةً بحديث الولادة على أن لديه أسناناً, على الرغم من أنه عند الولادة تكون تيجان الأسنان اللبنية او الأسنان الأولية الـ20 مكتملة التكوين تقريباً, و تكون متوارية في عظام فك الرضيع. الأسنان الاربعة الأمامية- اثنان عليا و اثنان سفلى- تبزغ عادةً أولاً, مبتدئة بعمر الستة أشهر. أغلب الأطفال يكتمل بزوغ كل أسنانهم الأولية في عمر 3 سنوات. ويستمر فك الطفل بالنمو لفسح المجال للأسنان الدائمة أو أسنان البلوغ التي ستبدأ بالبزوغ في حوالي عمر الست سنوات. الأسنان الأولية ورغم أنها مؤقتة إلا أنها تستحق عناية جيدة. فالطفل يحتاج إلى أسنان أولية قوية و صحية ليس فقط لمضغ الطعام بسهولة بل للفظ الكلمات ايضا بصورة صحيحة.

Recognizing the contribution of the establishment of the International Criminal Court with regard to ensuring effective prosecution concerning executions in serious violation of article 3 common to the four Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, without previous judgement pronounced by a regularly constituted court affording all judicial guarantees that are generally recognized as indispensable,

وإذ تسلم بإسهام إنشاء المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في كفالة المقاضاة الفعالة بخصوص حالات الإعدام التي تتم في انتهاك سافر للمادة 3 المشتركة بين اتفاقيات جنيف الأربع المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949()، دون أن تصدر أحكام مسبقة عن محكمة مشكَّلة حسب الأصول تكفل جميع الضمانات القضائية التي يعتبرها الجميع ضرورية،

(f) To end the imposition of the death penalty for crimes committed by persons under the age of 18, and to ensure that capital punishment will not be imposed for crimes other than the most serious and will not be pronounced in disregard of the obligations it has assumed under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the provisions of United Nations safeguards, and to provide the Special Representative with relevant statistics on this matter;

(و) وضع حد لفرض عقوبة الإعدام على الجرائم التي يرتكبها أشخاص دون 18 من العمر، وضمان عدم إصدار أحكام بالإعدام إلا على أشد الجرائم خطورة، وعدم إصدار هذه الأحكام دون مراعاة لما تعهدت به من التزامات بمقتضى العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية() وأحكام ضمانات الأمم المتحدة، وموافاة المقرر الخاص بالإحصاءات ذات الصلة بهذا الشأن؛

(b) To put an end to all summary and arbitrary executions and to ensure that capital punishment will not be imposed for crimes other than the most serious and will not be pronounced in disregard of the obligations assumed under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the provisions of United Nations safeguards;

(ب) أن توقف جميع حالات الإعدام بإجراءات موجزة والإعدام التعسفي وأن تعمل على ضمان عدم توقيع عقوبة الإعدام إلا على أشد الجرائم خطورة وضمان عدم إصدار الحكم بالإعدام دون مراعاة الالتزامات التي تعهدت بها بموجب العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية والأحكام المتعلقة بضمانات الأمم المتحدة؛

(ب) أن توقف جميع حالات الإعدام بإجراءات موجزة والإعدام التعسفي وتوقيع عقوبة الإعدام على الجرائم التي يرتكبها الأشخاص دون سن 18 من العمر، وأن تكفل عدم توقيع عقوبة الإعدام إلا على أشد الجرائم خطورة وعدم إصدار الحكم بالإعدام دون مراعاة الالتزامات التي تعهدت بها بموجب العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية والأحكام التي نصت عليها ضمانات الأمم المتحدة؛

(n) To ensure that capital punishment will not be imposed for crimes other than the most serious and will not be pronounced in disregard of the obligations assumed under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the provisions of United Nations safeguards;

(ن) ضمان عدم توقيع عقوبة الإعدام إلا على أشد الجرائم خطورة وضمان عدم إصدار الحكم بالإعدام دون مراعاة الالتزامات التي تم التعهد بها بموجب العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية واتفاقية حقوق الطفل وأحكام ضمانات الأمم المتحدة؛
