وإذ تلاحظ مع القلق أن العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب يمكن أن تتفاقم بفعل عوامل منها التوزيع غير العادل للثروة والتهميش والاستبعاد الاجتماعي،

وإدراكا منها أن حالات الظلم عبر التاريخ قد ساهمت قطعا في انتشار الفقر والتخلف والتهميش والإقصاء الاجتماعي والتفاوت الاقتصادي وعدم الاستقرار وانعدام الأمن بين العديد من الناس في مختلف أرجاء العالم، ولا سيما في البلدان النامية،

وإدراكا منها كذلك أن حالات الظلم عبر التاريخ قد ساهمت قطعا في أن يعاني العديد من الناس في مختلف أرجاء العالم، وبخاصة في البلدان النامية، من الفقر والتخلف والتهميش والاستبعاد الاجتماعي والتفاوت الاقتصادي وعدم الاستقرار وانعدام الأمن،

17 - تدرك أن حالات الظلم عبر التاريخ قد ساهمت قطعا في انتشار الفقر، والتخلف، والتهميش، والإقصاء الاجتماعي، والفوارق الاقتصادية، وعدم الاستقرار وعدم الأمن، التي تمس العديد من الناس في مختلف أرجاء العالم، ولا سيما في البلدان النامية؛

Emphasizing that poverty, underdevelopment, marginalization, social exclusion and economic disparities are closely associated with racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and contribute to the persistence of racist attitudes and practices which in turn generate more poverty,

وإذ تؤكد ما للفقر والتخلف والتهميش والاستبعاد الاجتماعي والتفاوت الاقتصادي من صلة وثيقة بالعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، مما يسهم بالتالي في استمرار الاتجاهات والممارسات العنصرية التي تجلب بدورها المزيد من الفقر،

Emphasizing that poverty, underdevelopment, marginalization, social exclusion and economic disparities are closely associated with racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and contribute to the persistence of racist attitudes and practices, which in turn generate more poverty,

وإذ تؤكد ما للفقر والتخلف والتهميش والاستبعـاد الاجتماعي والتفاوت الاقتصادي من صلة وثيقة بالعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، مما يسهم بالتالي في استمرار المواقف والممارسات العنصرية التي تجلب بدورها المزيد من الفقر،

Recognizing also that volunteerism is an important component of any strategy aimed at, inter alia, such areas as poverty reduction, sustainable development, health, disaster prevention and management and social integration and, in particular, overcoming social exclusion and discrimination,

وإذ تسلم أيضا بأن العمل التطوعي عنصر مهم في أي استراتيجية تستهدف مجالات من بينها الحد من الفقر، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، والصحة، واتقاء الكوارث وإدارتها، وتحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي، وبخاصة التغلب على الاستبعاد الاجتماعي والتمييز،

Recognizing also that volunteerism is an important component of any strategy aimed at, inter alia, such areas as poverty reduction, sustainable development, health, disaster prevention and management and social integration and, in particular, overcoming social exclusion and discrimination,

وإذ تسلم أيضا بأن العمل التطوعي عنصر مهم في أي استراتيجية تستهدف ميادين من قبيل الحد من الفقر وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة والصحة واتقاء الكوارث وإدارتها وتحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي، وبخاصة التغلب على الاستبعاد الاجتماعي والتمييز،

7. Reiterates its support for cooperation between the two organizations in the social field, in particular concerning the protection and promotion of the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities, combating poverty and social exclusion and ensuring equal access to social rights for all;

7 - تكرر الإعراب عن دعمها للتعاون بين المنظمتين في الميدان الاجتماعي، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بحماية وتعزيز حقوق المعوقين وكرامتهم، ومكافحة الفقر والاستبعاد الاجتماعي، وكفالة المساواة في حصول الجميع على الحقوق الاجتماعية؛

وإذ تعرب عن القلق إزاء الانتشار المتزايد لأنظمة وترتيبات مخصصة وحصرية لمراقبة الصادرات من السلع والتكنولوجيات ذات الاستخدام المزدوج، التي تنحو إلى إعاقة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلدان النامية،

Expressing concern about the growing proliferation of ad hoc and exclusive export control regimes and arrangements for dual-use goods and technologies, which tend to impede the economic and social development of developing countries,

وإذ تعرب عن القلق إزاء الانتشار المتزايد لأنظمة وترتيبات مخصصة وحصرية لمراقبة الصادرات من السلع والتكنولوجيات ذات الاستخدام المزدوج، التي تنحو إلى إعاقة التطور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للبلدان النامية،
