9 - تكرر طلبها إلى جميع الدول الأعضاء أن تتعاون على الصعيدين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي، آخذة في اعتبارها تماما الظروف الخاصة السائدة في المنطقة أو المنطقة دون الإقليمية، بغية تعزيز وتنسيق الجهود الدولية الرامية إلى زيادة الوضوح والشفافية في مجال التسلح؛

10. وإذ تلاحظ مع الاهتمام إعادة فتح باب المناقشة بين الدولة القائمة بالإدارة وحكومة الإقليم في عام 2006 بشأن التحديث الدستوري، بغية التحقق من آراء الشعب عن طريق الاستفتاء،

Having regard to the aim of the World Tourism Organization, as defined in article 3, paragraph 1, of its Statutes, and with a view to coordinating the activities of the World Tourism Organization in this field with the operations of the information services of the United Nations, supplementary arrangements regarding these matters shall be concluded between the United Nations and the World Tourism Organization.

مراعاة للهدف الذي ترمي إليه منظمة السياحة العالمية، على النحو المحدد في الفقرة 1 من المادة 3 من نظامها الأساسي، وبغية تنسيق أنشطة منظمة السياحة العالمية في هذا الميدان مع عمليات دوائر الإعلام التابعة للأمم المتحدة، تبرم ترتيبات تكميلية بشأن تلك المسائل بين الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة السياحة العالمية.

1. Takes note of the decision by the new territorial Government to reopen discussions with the administering Power in 2006 on constitutional modernization with the aim of ascertaining the views of the people by way of referendum;

Reaffirming all its relevant resolutions in which it stresses the importance of international economic, financial and technical cooperation and assistance, both bilateral and multilateral, aimed at promoting economic and social development in the region with a view to furthering and supplementing the efforts of the Central American peoples and Governments to consolidate peace and democracy,

إذ تؤكد من جديد جميع قراراتها ذات الصلة، التي تشدد فيها على أهمية التعاون والمساعدة الدوليين على الصعيدين الثنائي والمتعدد الأطراف في المجالات الاقتصادية والمالية والتقنية، اللذين يستهدفان تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المنطقة، استمرارا وتكملة للجهود التي تبذلها شعوب وحكومات أمريكا الوسطى توطيدا لدعائم السلام والديمقراطية،

5. Takes note of the recommendations contained in the report of the Secretary-General on the work of the Mission aimed at ensuring that the Mission responds adequately to the demands of the peace process until 31 December 2004, in view of the many outstanding matters still to be addressed and the need to ensure the commitment of the new Government to the peace agreements;

5 - تحيط علما بالتوصيات الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام عن أعمال البعثة()، والتي تهدف إلى كفالة استجابة البعثة على النحو المناسب لمتطلبات عملية السلام حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004، بالنظر إلى المسائل العديدة المعلقة التي لا تزال تلزم معالجتها، وإلى ضرورة ضمان التزام الحكومة الجديدة باتفاقات السلام؛

Emphasizing the promotion of programmes aimed at financial intermediation with a view to ensuring the access of rural women to credit and to agricultural inputs and implements and, in particular, to easing collateral requirements for access to finance by women,

وإذ تشدد على ضرورة تشجيع البرامج التي تهدف إلى التوسط في المسائل المالية بغية كفالة حصول المرأة الريفية على الائتمانات ووسائل الإنتاج والأدوات الزراعية، وبصفة خاصة تخفيف اشتراطات الضمان الإضافي لحصول المرأة على التمويل،

Emphasizing the promotion of programmes aimed at financial intermediation, with a view to ensuring the access of rural women to credit and to agricultural inputs and implements and, in particular, to easing collateral requirements for access to finance by women,

Invites all States of the region to take part in the activities of the Regional Centre, proposing items for inclusion in its agenda, making greater and better use of the Centre's potential to meet the current challenges facing the international community and with a view to fulfilling the aims of the Charter of the United Nations in the fields of peace, disarmament and development;

4 - تدعو جميع دول المنطقة لأن تشارك فيما يقوم به المركز اللإقليمي من أنشطة وأن تقترح المواضيع التي يمكن إدراجها في جدول أعماله، وأن تستفيد بشكل أكبر وأفضل مما لدى المركز من قدرات لمواجهة التحديات الماثلة حاليا أمام المجتمع الدولي وبغية تحقيق أهداف ميثاق الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بالسلام ونـزع السلاح والتنمية؛

Welcoming the achievements, and encouraging further efforts, in reducing military assets, in continued cooperation with the multinational Stabilization Force, in view of enhanced security and with the aim of the future admission of Bosnia and Herzegovina into the Partnership for Peace,

وإذ ترحب بما تحقق من إنجازات في خفض العتاد العسكري، وإذ تحث على مواصلة الجهود في هذا المجال، ومواصلة التعاون مع قوة تحقيق الاستقرار المتعددة الجنسيات، تعزيزا للأمن وتحقيقا للهدف المتمثل في قبول عضوية البوسنة والهرسك مستقبلا في الشراكة من أجل السلام،
