On 14 July 2006, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 [1] by which the undertakings Mibau Holding GmbH ("Mibau", Germany) controlled by HeidelbergCement group and Mr. Hans-Jürgen Hartmann and Foster Yeoman Baumineralien GmbH ("FY", Germany) belonging to Foster Yeoman group acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation joint control of the undertaking Figdor Baustoffhandel GmbH ("Figdor", Germany) by way of purchase of shares.

1. Le 14 juillet 2006, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil [1], d'un projet de concentration par lequel l'entreprise Mibau Holding GmbH ("Mibau", Allemagne), contrôlée par le groupe HeidelbergCement, M. Hans-Jürgen Hartmann et Foster Yeoman Baumineralien GmbH ("FY", Allemagne) appartenant au groupe Foster Yeoman, acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement du Conseil, le contrôle conjoint de l'entreprise Figdor Baustoffhandel GmbH ("Figdor", Allemagne) par achat d'actions.
