An on-the-spot investigation was carried out after publication of the Provisional Regulation at the premises of Saha Thai Steel Pipe Co. Ltd, the sole Thai cooperating exporting producer.

(17) An on-the-spot investigation was carried out after publication of the Provisional Regulation at the premises of Saha Thai Steel Pipe Co. Ltd, the sole Thai cooperating exporting producer. This Thai producer initially replied to the questionnaire but had not been in a position to accept an on-the-spot verification in due time.

(17) Après la publication du règlement provisoire, des investigations ont été menées dans les installations de Saha Thai Steel Pipe Co. Ltd, seul producteur-exportateur thaïlandais ayant coopéré. Ce producteur thaïlandais a, dans un premier temps, répondu au questionnaire mais n'a pas été en mesure d'accepter une vérification sur place en temps utile.

After provisional measures had been imposed, a number of exporting producers, namely Jäkl Karvina and Zelezárny Veselí in the Czech Republic, Saha Thai in Thailand and Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari/Mannesmann Boru Endustrisi in Turkey, offered price undertakings in accordance with Article 8(1) of the Basic Regulation.

À la suite de l'institution de mesures provisoires, un certain nombre de producteurs-exportateurs, notamment Jäkl Karvina et Zelezárny Veselí en République tchèque, Saha Thai en Thaïlande et Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari/Mannesmann Boru Endustrisi en Turquie, ont offert des engagements de prix, conformément à l'article 8, paragraphe 1, du règlement de base.
