On 24 October 2006, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 [1] by which the undertakings Elkjøp Nordic AS ("Elkjøp", Norway), belonging to the group DSG International plc ("DSGi", United Kingdom), and FR Invest A/S ("FR Invest", Denmark), controlled by MMP Invest af 1998 A/S ("MMP Invest", Denmark), acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation joint control of the undertaking F Group A/S ("F Group", Denmark) by way of purchase of shares.

1. Am 24. Oktober 2006 ist die Anmeldung eines Zusammenschlussvorhabens gemäß Artikel 4 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 139/2004 des Rates [1] bei der Kommission eingegangen. Danach ist Folgendes beabsichtigt: Die Unternehmen Elkjøp Nordic AS ("Elkjøp", Norwegen), das der Gruppe DSG International plc ("DSGi", Vereinigtes Königreich) angehört, und FR Invest A/S ("FR Invest", Dänemark), das von MMP Invest af 1998 A/S ("MMP Invest", Dänemark) kontrolliert wird, erwerben im Sinne von Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b der Ratsverordnung die gemeinsame Kontrolle bei F Group A/S ("F Group", Dänemark) durch den Erwerb von Anteilen.

On 23 May 2006 the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 [1] by which DSG International plc ("DSGI", UK) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation control of the whole of Fotovista S. A. ("Fotovista", France) by way of purchase of securities.

1. Am 23. Mai 2006 ist die Anmeldung eines Zusammenschlusses nach Artikel 4 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 139/2004 des Rates [1] bei der Kommission eingegangen. Danach ist Folgendes beabsichtigt: Das Unternehmen DSG International plc ("DSGI", Vereinigtes Königreich) erwirbt im Sinne des Artikels 3 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b der Verordnung des Rates die Kontrolle über die Gesamtheit des Unternehmens Fotovista S. A. ("Fotovista", Frankreich) durch Erwerb von Wertpapieren.
