pedslamabad: A Pakistani court Wednesday dismissed a plea to file a case against Pakistani-American businessman Mansoor Ijaz who forwarded a secret memo to Washington that said President Asif Ali Zardari last year feared a military coup. Additional Sessions Judge Syed Wajahat Hassan in Islamabad rejected the petition to file the case against Mansoor Ijaz, reported Geo News. The petition was filed Jan 7 by Pakistan Peoples Party activist Khalid Jameel Sati, seeking registration of criminal case against Mansoor Ijaz. Memogate: Court rejects plea against Mansoor Mansoor Ijaz claims to have delivered a memo to then chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mike Mullen last year at the behest of then Pakistan's envoy to the US Husain Haqqani. The memo said Zardari feared a military take-over following the killing of Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad, near Islamabad, May 2 last year. Petitioner Khalid Jameel Sati sought arrest orders against Mansoor Ijaz. He pleaded that Ijaz hatched conspiracy against the democracy and the country as he attempted to pit the army and the government against each other. Memogate: Court rejects plea against Mansoor The revelation about the secret memo led to Haqqani stepping down. Former minister Sherry Rehman was then appointed the new envoy to the US. Pakistani parliament and Supreme Court are probing the memo issue.

The preferred method of applying quick-drying lacquers is by spraying, and the development of nitrocellulose lacquers led to the first extensive use of spray guns. Nitrocellulose lacquers produce a hard yet flexible, durable finish that can be polished to a high sheen. Drawbacks of these lacquers include the hazardous nature of the solvent, which is flammable and toxic, and the hazards of nitrocellulose in the manufacturing process. Lacquer grade of soluble nitrocellulose is closely related to the more highly nitrated form which is used to make explosives. They become relatively non-toxic after approximately a month since at this point, the lacquer has evaporated most of the solvents used in its production. Acrylic lacquers Lacquers using acrylic resin, a synthetic polymer, were developed in the 1950s. Acrylic resin is colourless, transparent thermoplastic, obtained by the polymerization of derivatives ofacrylic acid. Acrylic is also used in enamel paints, which have the advantage of not needing to be buffed to obtain a shine. Enamels, however, are slow drying. The advantage of acrylic lacquer is its exceptionally fast drying time. The use of lacquers in automobile finishes was discontinued when tougher, more durable, weather- and chemical-resistant two-componentpolyurethane coatings were developed. The system usually consists of a primer, colour coat and clear topcoat, commonly known as clear coat finishes. The European technique, which is used on furniture and other objects, uses finishes that have a resin base similar to shellac. The technique, which became known as japanning, involves applying several coats of varnish which are each heat-dried and polished. We are happy that India got independence from British rulers on 15th August 1947. Congress President Mr. Dadabhai Nauroji said in 1886 in National Congress’s second Convention in Kolkata that Indian National Congress has been formed to achieve the political goals; the discussion and the responsibility of the social reforms etc. shall be left to the respective communities. On 20th August 1917, the British government declared that they will invite more and more participation of Indian people in the administration and self-governed institutions. Moreover there will be an increased participation of Indian people in the formation of Indian dominion state. To gain the political power transitioned into their hands, the Brahminical forces started using Mr. V. D. Savarkar’s Hindutva ideology for polarizing Hindus, including backward classes and also the depressed classes (untouchables). Akhil Bhartiya Hindu Mahasabha (1915) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS, 1925) were formed. By uniting the so-called Hindus, Brahmins wanted to be the rulers. They used the hatred philosophy against so-called foreign religions, including Muslims and Christians. The irony is that the majority of the religious converted people are from untouchables and backward classes, who are the aborigines (Moolnivasis) of this Nation, prior to Aryan invasion from outside India. We all know that the so-called upper caste Hindus (Brahmins, Kshatriya and Vaishya) claim themselves as Aryans. This was also being taught in schools and colleges until they changed the history in the recent past. In the first elected parliament of Mr. J. L. Nehru, there were about 56% Brahmins, although the overall population
