Whereas industrial fishing by Denmark targets pelagic species as well as demersal species, in particular Norway pout and sandeel;

(3) In the light of the scientific information collected during the first half of 2006, the final catch limits for Norway pout in the zones concerned should be fixed.

(1) Preliminary catch limits for the stock of Norway pout in ICES zones IIa (EC waters), IIIa and IV (EC waters) are laid down in Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 51/2006.

(1) Az 51/2006/EK rendelet IA. melléklete előzetes fogási korlátozásokat állapít meg a norvég tőkehalnak a IIa (közösségi vizek), IIIa és IV (közösségi vizek) ICES-övezetben folytatott halászatára.

For Norway pout, the stock assessment is more dependent on autumn survey data and the Commission will base its TAC proposal more directly on the advice received in the autumn. An in-year review during 2007 may also be included in the proposal.

A norvég tőkehal tekintetében az állományfelmérést inkább az őszi adatok alapján lehet elvégezni és a Bizottság ezért közvetlenül az ősszel várható szakvélemény alapján tesz majd javaslatot a teljes kifogható mennyiségre. A javaslat egy 2007-es évközi felülvizsgálatról is rendelkezhet.

However, vessels may retain on board quantities of Norway pout from the area and caught with the gear described in paragraph 1, provided they do not exceed 5 % of the total weight of the marine organisms on board which have been caught in the said area with the said gear.

Megtartható azonban a hajók fedélzetén az (1) bekezdésben leírt térségben és eszközzel kifogott norvég tőkehalbizonyos mennyisége, ha ez a mennyiség nem haladja meg a fedélzeten lévő tengeri élőlények összes élősúlyának az 5 %-át.

2. However, vessels may retain on board quantities of Norway pout from the area and caught with the gear described in paragraph 1, provided they do not exceed 5% of the total weight of the marine organisms on board which have been caught in the said area with the said gear.

(2) Megtartható azonban a hajók fedélzetén az (1) bekezdésben leírt térségben és eszközzel kifogott norvég tőkehal bizonyos mennyisége, ha ez a mennyiség nem haladja meg a fedélzeten lévő tengeri élőlények összes élősúlyának az 5%-át.28. cikk

7. Catch limits for the stock of Norway pout in zones IIa (EC waters), IIIa and IV (EC waters) and for the stock of sprat in zones IIa (EC waters) and IV (EC waters) may be revised by the Commission in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 30(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002 in the light of scientific information collected during the first half of 2006.

(7) A norvég menyhal állományára vonatkozó fogási korlátozásokat a IIa. (közösségi vizek), a IIIa. és a IV. (közösségi vizek) övezetben, valamint a sprattállományra vonatkozó fogási korlátozásokat a IIa. (közösségi vizek) és a IV. (közösségi vizek) övezetben a 2006 első félévében összegyűjtött tudományos információra figyelemmel a Bizottság a 2371/2002/EK rendelet 30. cikke (2) bekezdésében említett eljárásnak megfelelően felülvizsgálhatja.
