The Bailiwick of Guernsey should therefore be considered as a third country within the meaning of the Directive.

Tāpēc Gērnsijas tiesu izpildītāja iecirknis jāuzskata par trešo valsti direktīvas nozīmē.

For the purposes of Article 25(2) of Directive 95/46/EC, the Bailiwick of Guernsey is considered as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the Community.

Direktīvas 95/46/EK 25. panta 2. punkta nolūkiem uzskata, ka Gērnsijas tiesu izpildītāju iecirknis nodrošina no Kopienas nosūtīto personas datu atbilstīgu aizsardzības līmeni.

With effect from August 1987, the United Kingdom's ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data (Convention No 108) was extended to the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

Esot spēkā no 1987. gada augusta, Lielbritānijas Eiropas Padomes personu aizsardzības konvencijas ratifikācija attiecībā uz personas datu automātisku apstrādi (Konvencija Nr. 108), tika paplašināta attiecībā uz Gērnsijas tiesu izpildītāja iecirkni.

The Bailiwick of Guernsey is one of the dependencies of the British Crown (being neither part of the United Kingdom nor a colony) that enjoys full independence, except for international relations and defence which are the responsibility of the United Kingdom Government.

Gērnsijas tiesu izpildītāja iecirknis ir viena no britu karaļa varas atkarīgām teritorijām (kas nav daļa no Lielbritānijas un nav tās kolonija), kas ir pilnīgi neatkarīga, izņemot starptautiskās attiecības un aizsardzību, kas atrodas Lielbritānijas valdības kompetencē.

As regards the Bailiwick of Guernsey, the legal standards on the protection of personal data based on the standards set out in Directive 95/46/EC have been provided for in the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001, which entered into force on 1 August 2002.
