The latter shall be mentioned on the certificate under the rubric "additional declaration" as "found free from non-European isolates of Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in 't Veld sp. nov."

To norāda sertifikātā zem virsraksta "papildu deklarācija", ierakstot "nav Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock... Man in t Veld sp. nov. ārpuseiropas izolātu".

However, it should not seek to exploit the Georgia crisis for its own ends by calling for a strengthening of EU defence and security policy, by putting monitors under an ESDP rubric, or by endorsing the rejected Treaty of Lisbon.
