The HICP, the EICP, the MUICP and corresponding subindices for a set of categories within those referred to in Article 9, selected by the procedure laid down in Article 14, shall be published by the Commission (Eurostat) within a period which shall not exceed five working days from the end of the period referred to in Article 10.

ZWCK, EICP, MUICP, jak też wskaźniki cen dla grupy kategorii według art. 9, które wybiera się zgodnie z procedurą określoną w art. 14, publikuje Komisja (Eurostat) w terminie najwyżej pięciu dni roboczych po upływie czasu określonego w art. 10.

(8) The compilation of the Monetary Union index of consumer prices (MUICP) and the European index of consumer prices (EICP) requires a harmonised concept for the temporal coverage of the HICPs. This should not, however, preclude the release of provisional HICPs or HICP flash estimates of the average price change based on a part of the price information observed in the month to which the current index refers.

(8) Zestawienie wskaźnika cen konsumpcyjnych Unii Walutowej (ICP–UW) z europejskim wskaźnikiem cen konsumpcyjnych (EICP) wymaga zharmonizowanej definicji zakresu czasowego ZWCK. Nie powinno to jednakże stanowić przeszkody dla ogłaszania tymczasowych ZWCK lub bieżących szacunków ZWCK dotyczących średniej zmiany cen opartych na częściowych danych o cenach, zaobserwowanych w miesiącu, do którego odnosi się bieżący wskaźnik.
