1. On 4 May 2006 the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 [1] by which Inchcape plc ("Inchcape", UK) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation control of the whole of Lind Automotive Group Ltd ("Lind, UK") by way of purchase of shares.

A Comissão recebeu, em 4 de Maio de 2006, uma notificação de um projecto de concentração nos termos do artigo 4.o do Regulamento (CE) n.o 139/2004 do Conselho [1], através da qual a Inchcape plc ("Inchcape", RU) adquire, na acepção do n.o 1, alínea b), do artigo 3.o do referido regulamento, o controlo exclusivo da Lind Automotive Group Ltd ("Lind", RU), mediante aquisição de acções.

Following a series of agreements between OTE and trade unions on a voluntary early retirement scheme for existing OTE employees as well as conditions for new hires (February and May 2005), the Greek Parliament adopted in July 2005 a law which provides the legal framework for the implementation of the early retirement scheme and regulates the financial obligations of OTE and the Greek State, respectively.

Na sequência de uma série de acordos concluídos entre o OTE e os sindicatos sobre um regime de reforma antecipada voluntária para os actuais trabalhadores do OTE, bem como das condições das novas contratações (Fevereiro e Maio de 2005), o Parlamento grego adoptou, em Julho de 2005, uma lei que define o quadro jurídico para a aplicação de um regime de reformas antecipadas e que rege as obrigações financeiras do OTE e do Estado grego, respectivamente.
