The windspeed will be given as the daily mean and the maximum value reached per day, using the format of two digits and one decimal.

Pri hitrosti vetra se bosta navedla dnevno povprečje in maksimalna vrednost, dosežena v dnevu; uporabi se oblika dveh števk in ene decimalke.

Wind speed The windspeed will be stated as the average windspeed in metres per second (m/s), using the format of at maximum three digits (e.g. 25).

Hitrost vetra Hitrost vetra se bo navedla kot povprečna hitrost vetra v metrih na sekundo (m/s), tako da se bo uporabila največ trimestna številka (npr. 25).

When the limit value laid down in Annex I is difficult to achieve because of site-specific dispersion characteristics or relevant climatic conditions, such as low windspeed and/or conditions conducive to evaporation, and if the application of the measures were to result in severe socio-economic problems, a Member State may ask the Commission for a time-limited extension.

Država članica lahko zaprosi Komisijo za časovno omejeno podaljšanje, kadar je mejno vrednost iz Priloge I težko doseči zaradi lokacijsko svojstvenih disperzijskih značilnosti ali tamkajšnjih klimatskih razmer, kot so nizka hitrost vetra in/ali razmere, ki prispevajo k izhlapevanju, in če bi uporaba ukrepov povzročila resne socialno-ekonomske probleme.
