GDear Jerchel. Welcome back and do hope you had a nice time to rest. I would like to let you know that I had heard good report about your work in the Uniforms department and I am happy to have you. I truly hope you are happy with us to and I encourage you to please let me know if there is something that you are not so happy with, would like to change, and how we could do it so your work environment be more agreeable. As per your contract, you are entitle to 30 days off once a year and as your direct supervisor you are entitle to let me personally know if you are planning any changes regarding booking/ shortening/ lengthening your holidays, also f you are no longer happy with us you should notify it to me directly. Regarding the delay in coming back from your holidays this time, I would like to tell you that I do not mind playing around with a couple of days from the initial returning date but this time it was almost a month delay.
