By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the statistical territory of the Community shall include Helgoland.`;

2. Käesolevas määruses käsitletakse Ceutat, Helgolandi and Melillat ühenduse tolliterritooriumi osana.

2. For the purpose of this Regulation Ceuta, Helgoland and Melilla shall be treated as part of the customs territory of the Community.

Käesolevas lõikes sätestatud maksuvabastus ei kehti Helgolandi saarelt saadetavate mittekaubanduslike väikesaadetiste suhtes.

THE RELIEF PROVIDED FOR UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL NOT APPLY TO GOODS IN SMALL CONSIGNMENTS OF A NON-COMMERCIAL NATURE SENT FROM THE ISLAND OF HELIGOLAND.

Käesolevas lõikes sätestatud maksuvabastus ei kehti Helgolandi saarelt saadetavates kaubasaadetistes sisalduva kauba suhtes.

The relief provided for under this paragraph shall not apply to goods in consignments sent from the island of Heligoland.

Kui käesolevast määrusest ei tulene teisiti, käsitatakse Helgolandi saart I peatüki kohaldamisel kolmanda riigina.

SAVE AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS REGULATION , THE ISLAND OF HELIGOLAND SHALL BE CONSIDERED A THIRD COUNTRY FOR THE PURPOSES OF APPLICATION OF CHAPTER I.

määruse (EMÜ) nr 2913/92 artikli 161 lõike 3 alusel ei ole Helgolandi saar toetust õigustav sihtkoht;

Whereas under the provisions of Article 161(3) of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 the island of Heligoland does not qualify as a destination for which refunds are payable;

määruse (EMÜ) nr 918/83 artikli 1 lõikes 3 sätestatakse, et Helgolandi saart käsitatakse kolmanda riigina;

Whereas Article 1 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 918/83 provides that the island of Heligoland is to be considered a third country;

3. Kui käesolevast määrusest ei tulene teisiti, käsitatakse Helgolandi saart I peatüki kohaldamisel kolmanda riigina.

3. SAVE AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS REGULATION, THE ISLAND OF HELIGOLAND SHALL BE CONSIDERED A THIRD COUNTRY FOR THE PURPOSES OF APPLICATION OF CHAPTER I.

Erandina määruse (EMÜ) nr 2913/92 artikli 161 lõikest 3 peetakse toetuse maksmist käsitlevate sätete kohaldamisel Helgolandi saarele toimetatud põllumajandustooteid ekspordituks.

By way of derogation from Article 161(3) of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92, agricultural products consigned to Heligoland shall be deemed to be exported for the purposes of the provisions on the payment of refunds.

-Saksamaa Liitvabariigi territoorium, välja arvatud Helgolandi saar ja Büsingeni territoorium (Saksamaa Liitvabariigi ja Šveitsi Konföderatsiooni vaheline 23. novembri 1964. aasta leping);

(54) Whereas under the provisions of Article 161(3) of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 the island of Heligoland does not qualify as a destination for which refunds are payable; whereas the consumption of agricultural products from the Community in the island of Heligoland should be encouraged; whereas the necessary provisions should be adopted for that purpose;
