1) 'teuraslampailla tai -vuohilla` lampaita tai vuohia, jotka on aiottu suoraan tai hyväksytyn myynti-tai keräilykeskuksen kautta teurastamoon toimitettavaksi ja siellä teurastettavaksi direktiivin 64/432/ETY 6 artiklassa olevien vaatimusten mukaisesti;

1. ovine or caprine animals for slaughter means animals of the ovine or caprine species intended to be taken eitherdirectly or via an approved market or assembly centre to a slaughterhouse in order to be slaughtered there under the conditions laid down in Article 6 of Directive 64/432/EEC;

1 Teurastettaviksi tarkoitetut hevoseläimet on vietävä joko suoraan taikka markkinapaikan tai keräilykeskuksen kautta teurastamoon välittömästi niiden saavuttua määrävaltiona olevaan jäsenvaltioon ja ne on teurastettava 15 artiklan mukaisesti tehtävissä päätöksissä vahvistettavan määräajan kuluessa terveysvaatimusten mukaisesti.

1. Immediately upon arrival in the Member State of destination, equidae for slaughter shall be taken to a slaughterhouse, either directly or after transition through a market or a marshalling centre, and, in accordance with animal health requirements, be slaughtered within a period of time specified in the decisions to be adopted pursuant to Article 15.

2) 'jalostus-, kasvatus-ja lihotuslampailla ja -vuohilla` muita kuin 1 kohdassa tarkoitettuja lampaita ja vuohia, jotka on aiottu kuljetettavaksi määräpaikkaan joko suoraan tai hyväksytyn myynti-tai keräilykeskuksen kautta;

2. ovine or caprine animals for breeding and fattening: ovine and caprine animals other than those mentioned in point 1 intended to be transported to the place of destination, either directly or via an approved market or assembly centre;

9) 'hyväksytyllä myynti-tai keräilykeskuksella` tilaa lukuun ottamatta kaikkia paikkoja, joissa lampaita tai vuohia myydään, ostetaan ja/tai kootaan taikka lastataan ja jotka täyttävät direktiivin 64/432/ETY 3 artiklan 7 kohdan sekä direktiivin 90/425/ETY 5 artiklan 1 kohdan b alakohdan i luetelmakohdan myynti-tai keräilykeskuksia koskevat vaatimukset;

9. approved market or assembly centre means any place, other than the holding, where ovine or caprine animals are sold, bought and/or assembled or loaded, and which complies with Article 3 (7) of Directive 64/432/EEC and Article 5 (1) (b) (i) of Directive 90/425/EEC for approved markets or assembly centres;

f) "keräilykeskuksella" paikkaa, jossa tapetun luonnonvaraisen riistan lihaa säilytetään liitteessä I olevan IV luvun 2 kohdan hygieniasäännösten mukaisesti ennen sen kuljettamista käsittelylaitokseen;

(f) 'collection centre': any place where killed wild game is kept in accordance with the hygiene rules in Annex I, Chapter IV (2) prior to being transported to a processing house;

d) 'teurastettaviksi tarkoitetuilla hevoseläimillä` hevoseläimiä, jotka on tarkoitettu kuljetettaviksi joko suoraan tai markkinapaikan tai hyväksytyn keräilykeskuksen kautta teurastamoon teurastettaviksi,

the studbook or register for that breed of animal orany international association or organization which manages horses for competition or racing;

Teurastettaviksi tarkoitetut eläimet, jotka on viety niiden saapuessa määrämaahan joko suoraan tai hyväksytyn markkinapaikan tai keräilykeskuksen kautta teurastamoon, on teurastettava siellä mahdollisimman pian eläinten terveyttä koskevien vaatimusten mukaisesti.

Animals for slaughter which have been taken on arrival in the country of destination either directly or via an approved market or assembly centre to a slaughterhouse must be slaughtered there as soon as possible, in accordance with animal health requirements.

Sokeriruo'on kuljetukseen pelloilta, joista se korjataan, keräilykeskuksiin myönnetään tukea tuottajille, joiden osalta jäsenvaltion toimesta määritettävät toimivaltaiset elimet ovat laatineet lähetysluettelon toimituksesta jalostusteollisuudelle.

Aid for the transport of cane from the fields where it is harvested to the reception centres shall be granted to producers for whom the competent bodies to be determined by the Member State have drawn up a delivery note to the processing industry.

Alan asianmukaisen kehityksen varmistamiseksi ja vaikeuksien vähentämiseksi olisi otettava käyttöön toimenpiteitä, joilla erityisesti sokeriruo'on kuljetuksesta pelloilta keräilykeskuksiin aiheutuvat lisäkustannukset korvataan osittain.

To ensure that the sector develops properly and to alleviate these difficulties, measures are needed to offset partially the additional costs of transporting cane from fields to reception centres.

8 `keräilykeskuksella` laitosta, johon raakamaito voidaan kerätä ja jossa se mahdollisesti jäähdytetään ja puhdistetaan,

8. 'collection centre': an establishment where raw milk may be collected and possibly cooled and filtered;

9 `vakiointikeskuksella` laitosta, joka ei liity keräilykeskukseen, käsittelylaitokseen tai jalostamoon ja jossa raakamaito voidaan kuoria tai jossa maidon luonnollisten ainesosien määrää voidaan muuttaa,

9. 'standardization centre': an establishment, which is not attached to a collection centre or a treatment or processing establishment, in which raw milk may be skimmed or the natural constituents modified;

4. Keräilykeskuksena pidetään joko vaakaa tai itse tehdasta, jos toimitus tapahtuu suoraan sinne, riippumatta siitä, onko kyseessä sokeritehdas vai tislaamo.

4. "Reception centre" means the weighing centre or the factory itself, where delivery is direct to the latter, be it a sugar refinery or a distillery.

1. Asetuksen (EY) N:o 1452/2001 16 artiklassa säädetty tuki sokeriruo'on kuljetukseen pellolta keräilykeskukseen maksetaan tässä luvussa säädettyjen edellytysten mukaisesti tuottajalle, joka toimittaa sokeriruokonsa suoraan keräilykeskukseen.

1. Aid as provided for in Article 16 of Regulation (EC) No 1452/2001 for the transport of sugar cane from the edge of the field where it is harvested to the reception centres shall be paid on the terms set out in this chapter to producers delivering their cane directly to reception centres.

1. Tuottajien kuljetuskustannukset määräytyvät pellon reunan ja keräilykeskuksen välisen etäisyyden sekä muiden objektiivisten perusteiden, kuten pellolle johtavien kulkuyhteyksien tai mahdollisten luonnonhaittojen, mukaan.

1. The transport costs to producers shall be determined on the basis of the distance between the edge of the field and the reception centre and other objective criteria, including conditions of access to the field and the existence of natural handicaps.

c) Korvataan 3 kohdan b alakohdan ensimmäinen alakohta seuraavasti:"kaikki markkinoille tai keräilykeskukseen tarkoitettujen tai näistä peräisin olevien eläinten pitäjät toimittavat eläimiä koskevat yksityiskohtaiset tiedot sisältävän asiakirjan toimijalle, joka on markkinoilla tai keräilykeskuksessa tilapäisesti näiden eläinten pitäjänä."

(c) the first subparagraph of paragraph 3(b) shall be replaced by the following:"any keeper of animals to be moved to or from a market or collection centre provides a document, containing details of the animals in question, to the operator, on the market or in the collection centre, who is a keeper of the animals on a temporary basis.";

a) Itävallalle myönnetään tukea enintään 9 miljoonaa euroa investointeihin, joita on rakenneuudistuksen vuoksi tehtävä sokerijuurikkaan keräilykeskuksiin ja muihin logistisiin infrastruktuureihin;

(a) an aid of not more than EUR 9 million shall be granted in Austria for investments in collection centres of sugar beet and other logistical infrastructure needed as a consequence of restructuring;

9) 'keräyskeskuksella'keräilykeskuksia ja markkinoita, minne eri tiloilta peräisin olevat lampaat ja vuohet kootaan virkaeläinlääkärin valvonnassa erien muodostamiseksi kansallisia siirtoja varten;

9. 'assembly centre'means collection centres and markets, at which under the supervision of the official veterinarian ovine and caprine animals originating from different holdings are grouped together to form consignments of animals for national movement;

1. Sokeriruo'on kuljetukseen pelloilta, joista se korjataan, keräilykeskuksiin myönnetään tukea tuottajille, joiden osalta jäsenvaltion toimesta määritettävät toimivaltaiset elimet ovat laatineet lähetysluettelon toimituksesta jalostusteollisuudelle.

1. Aid for the transport of cane from the fields where it is harvested to the reception centres shall be granted to producers for whom the competent bodies to be determined by the Member State have drawn up a delivery note to the processing industry.

b)kaikki markkinoille tai keräilykeskukseen tarkoitettujen tai näistä peräisin olevien eläinten pitäjät toimittavat eläimiä koskevat yksityiskohtaiset tiedot, mukaan luettuna kaikkien nautojen numerot tai tunnistusmerkit, sisältävän asiakirjan toimijalle, joka on markkinoilla tai keräilykeskuksessa tilapäisesti näiden eläinten pitäjänä.

(b) any keeper of animals to be moved to or from a market or collection centre provides a document, setting out details of the animals including the identification numbers or marks of any bovine animals, to the operator, on the market or in the collection centre, who is a keeper of the animals, on a temporary basis.
