(2) Sieht ein Präferenzabkommen eine Senkung des Agrarteilbetrags der Abgabe vor, so werden die Durchführungsbestimmungen zur Ermittlung und Anwendung des gesenkten Agrarteilbetrags nach dem Verfahren des Artikels 16 erlassen, sofern in dem Abkommen folgendes festgelegt ist:

Sieht ein Präferenzabkommen eine Senkung des Agrarteilbetrags der Abgabe vor, so werden die Durchführungsbestimmungen zur Ermittlung und Anwendung des gesenkten Agrarteilbetrags nach dem Verfahren des Artikels 16 erlassen, sofern in dem Abkommen folgendes festgelegt ist:
