Notwithstanding the third paragraph of Article 16 of Regulation (EEC) No 2131/93, the price to be paid for the export shall be that quoted in the tender, without monthly increase.

a) aus dem Unterschied zwischen den im vorhergehenden und im neuen Wirtschaftsjahr ohne monatlichen Zuschlag für Rohreis geltenden Interventionspreisen;

(a) the difference between the intervention price for paddy rice, exclusive of any monthly increase for the previous and the new marketing years,

(3) Abweichend von Artikel 16 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2131/93 gilt für die Ausfuhr der Angebotspreis ohne monatlichen Zuschlag.
