(15) Einige Einführer und der deutsche Verband der Einführer und Vertriebsgesellschaften beantragten, die Warendefinition auf die KN-Codes 73181561 und 73181570, d. h. auf Innensechskantschrauben aus nicht rostendem Stahl und Sechskantschrauben aus nicht rostendem Stahl, zu beschränken, da alle anderen Arten von VNS in der Gemeinschaft nicht in ausreichenden Mengen hergestellt würden. Die Untersuchung ergab jedoch, dass diese anderen VNS-Typen durchaus in der Gemeinschaft hergestellt werden. Daher konnte dem Antrag nicht stattgegeben werden.

(15) It was further claimed by importers and the German importer/distributor association that the product scope should be limited to CN codes 73181561 and 73181570, i.e. hexagon socket head screws of stainless steel and hexagon bolts of stainless steel, because there is no sufficient production of all other kinds of SSF in the Community. However, the investigation confirmed that these other types of SSF are produced in the Community. Thus, the claim could not be accepted.
