assalamualaikum wr. wb. when in the morning when i wake up at 04:00 i prepare myself for the fajr prayer, and after the dawn prayer i rush to jog in the morning so that my body feels healthy, after jogging i prepare myself for work, and i am a lot spend time at my work place from 08:00 to 18:00 and after i come home from work i immediately prepare myself to start the scheduled lectures, after class, if there are assignments i do immediately and if there are no assignments i take a break calmed my mind and after that i immediately prepared myself to fall asleep that is the day and routine that i run during the day "this, the point is that i am always grateful for life, that's all from me, assalamualaikum wr. wb
