-I documenti relativi al programma operativo dovrebbero illustrare la situazione iniziale dell’organizzazione di produttori con riferimento a ciascun obiettivo del programma. Gli obiettivi. dovrebbero essere specifici, misurabili, attuabili, pertinenti e soggetti a un limite temporale (SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timed): specifici affinché non sussistano dubbi riguardo a ciò che l’organizzazione di produttori intende realizzare; misurabili (e soggetti a un limite temporale) cosicché il loro conseguimento possa essere monitorato; attuabili attraverso l’esecuzione delle azioni proposte nei programmi; e pertinenti: coerenti con la situazione dell’organizzazione di produttori e con l’evoluzione del mercato, nonché con gli 11 obiettivi fissati dall’UE.
