6.12.1 Il Comitato chiede alla Commissione se sia veramente necessario prevedere un'impugnazione in un procedimento di questo tipo. In effetti, o il valore massimo del presente procedimento è fissato a un livello sostanzialmente maggiore di quanto proposto dalla Commissione, per esempio 5000 EUR, e allora si giustificherà la possibilità dell'impugnazione in relazione al valore della causa, oppure se il valore è inferiore (fino a 3500 EUR) non deve esistere possibilità d'impugnazione [19].

6.12.1 The EESC queries whether it is necessary to provide for appeal in a procedure of this kind.
