Per una migliore comprensione del bilancio, che presenta ai fini comparativi i dati dell\rquote esercizio precedente, si rammenta che i dati relativi all\rquote esercizio 2001 risentono del conferimento del ramo d\rquote azienda Comit Factoring, avvenuto con decorrenza 1.5.2001.

For an improved understanding of the financial statements, which have the figures for the preceding year for comparative purposes, it should be mentioned that the 2001 figures are affected by the conferment of the Comit Factoring business branch, with effect from 1.5.2001.

Nell\rquote esercizio 2002 è andato a regime, sotto il profilo economico, l\rquote incremento di risorse conseguente al conferimento del ramo d\rquote azienda di Comit Factoring operato nella primavera del 2001; tale incremento spiega la variazione intervenuta nelle spese del personale nel confronto tra i due esercizi.

Anche in questo caso, l\rquote incremento rispetto all\rquote esercizio 2001 è dovuto al passaggio a regime dell\rquote ammortamento dell\rquote avviamento riconosciuto alla Comit Factoring a fronte del conferimento di ramo d\rquote azienda operato nel maggio 2001 ed al completamento di una serie di investimenti informatici avviati negli esercizi precedenti ed entrati in produzione nel corso del 2002.
