Per esempio, la Zona gestione contabilità può essere assegnata ad un lettore con il pulsante Zona del modulo Lettori.

For example, the Accounting Management Area may be assigned to a reader via the Area button on the Readers form.

Nel campo Descrizione selezionare Nuovo modulo personalizzato e digitare un nome per il modulo personalizzato come: Modulo Reparto contabilità.

In the Description field, highlight New Custom Form and type a name for the custom form, such as: Accounting Department Form.

CED tutte le ore, CED 8-5, Contabilità 24Ore, Contabilità 8-5, Inserviente }}--> }}-->7-10.

MIS All Hrs, MIS 8-5, Accounting 24Hrs, Accounting 8-5, Contractor }}--> }}-->7-10.

Supponendo che il possessore del badge sia un contabile che deve avere accesso al reparto contabilità e alla sala computer (08.00 - 17.00), è possibile assegnare le seguenti due categorie al suo badge, accertandosi che tali categorie siano correttamente associate alle relative zone:

If the badgeholder is a cost accountant required to access the accounting department and the computer room (8 AM - 5 PM.), assign the following two categories to this badge, and make sure that the same categories are associated with the respective areas:
