Il debito commerciale verso <PROTECTED> S.r.l. di 1.758 migliaia di <PROTECTED> è originato dall’acquisto di tre immobili meglio descritti alla voce “Terreni e Fabbricati”, mentre il debito commerciale verso <PROTECTED> S.p.A. di 1.163 migliaia di <PROTECTED> deriva dalla cessione dei crediti verso <PROTECTED> S.r.l. per la vendita di alcuni immobili.

Trade payables to <PROTECTED> S.r.l. for € 1,758 thousand originated from the purchase of three properties discussed in detail in the “Land and buildings” line item section, while the € 1,163 thousand amount due to <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> S.p.A. stems from the transfer of loans to <PROTECTED> S.r.l. as a result of the disposal of some properties.

I debiti verso altri si riferiscono per 140.027 migliaia di Euro al differimento prezzo per l’operazione con <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> S.p.A, connessi alla cessione di tre compendi immobiliari nell’ambito dell’operazione già descritta nella Relazione sulla Gestione, per 18.900 migliaia di Euro al debito per l’acquisto dell’immobile di Milano Via <PROTECTED>, mentre il residuo si riferisce a debiti di natura non commerciale.

Payables to others include € 140,027 thousand relative to a payment deferral on <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> S.p.A.’s transaction with respect to the sale of three complexes as part of the operation described in the Report on operations, a further € 18,900 thousand concerning amounts due for he acquisition of a property in Milan, via <PROTECTED>, while the residual amount refers to other non-trade payables.
