Gli Amministratori devono riferire al Collegio Sindacale con periodicità almeno trimestrale in occasione delle riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione, oppure, qualora particolari esigenze di tempestività lo rendano preferibile, anche in via diretta, in forma scritta o verbale e/o telefonicamente sull'attività svolta e su quant'altro richiesto dalla legge.
