Quanto agli effetti sulla fiscalità degli investimenti in fondi comuni immobiliari, la detenzione di quote di fondi italiani da parte di un soggetto lussemburghese esclude che i proventi derivanti da tali partecipazioni siano soggette a tassazione al 33%.

As regards the effects on taxation of investments in real estate mutual funds, the holding of quotas in Italian funds by a Luxembourg entity excludes that earnings from such investments are subject to taxation at 33%.

Con riferimento al riposizionamento delle società del Gruppo sotto le holding che concentrano il patrimonio di investimento e gli investimenti in quote di fondi comuni immobiliari, lo strumento tecnico più efficiente è lo scambio di partecipazioni in neutralità fiscale transnazionale ex artt. 178, 179 <PROTECTED>.

With reference to the repositioning of the Group companies under the holdings that concentrate the investment assets and the investments in quotas of real estate mutual funds, the most efficient technical instrument is the exchange of equity investments in trans-national tax neutrality as per Articles 178, 179 <PROTECTED>.

L’incremento nelle immobilizzazioni finanziarie è prevalentemente dovuto all’acquisto di società collegate e altre partecipazioni minoritarie dettagliatamente illustrate nel paragrafo riferito alle partecipazioni della “Nota illustrativa” e ad investimenti di liquidità della società <PROTECTED> S.r.l. in titoli immobilizzati per circa 5 milioni di Euro.

The increase in the item Investments is largely attributable to the acquisition of affiliated companies and other minority control investments that are described in detail in the section on equity investments in the Notes to the financial statements. It is also due to cash investments by <PROTECTED> S.r.l. in long-term securities amounting to approximately € 5 million.
