Tali debiti presentano infatti un incremento netto del 34,2 %, contro una crescita delle attività immobilizzate espresse a valori di libro del 55,3 %. La descritta dinamica è stata resa possibile dalla realizzazione nel corso dell’anno di due aumenti di capitale sociale, che hanno incrementato il patrimonio netto complessivamente di 210 milioni di Euro.

Amounts borrowed under arrangements with banks and other lenders increased by 34.2 per cent, as against a higher carrying value of investments in real estate of 55.3 per cent in 2002. This dynamic was made possible as additional access to capital was provided in 2002 as resulting from two stock issues, which impacted shareholders’ equity with €210 million.

Sono altresì allo studio possibili joint venture con operatori internazionali che possano dare al Gruppo la possibilità di operare anche in altri mercati al di fuori di quello domestico.

New joint ventures with international operators are currently under investigation to explore opportunities to operate in other countries.
