In caso di aumento del capitale sociale, è riservato ai soci il diritto di opzione, da esercitare con le formalità e nei termini di legge in ragione delle quote rispettivamente possedute.

25) Gli utili netti, dopo prelevato almeno il 5% da destinare alla riserva, sino alla concorrenza del 20% del capitale sociale, verranno ripartiti in partì proporzionali alle quote ed a queste distribuiti.
