Nominati giudici presso il Tribunale della funzione pubblica dell'Unione europea con decisione del Consiglio 22 luglio 2005, recante nomina dei giudici del Tribunale della funzione pubblica dell'Unione europea [1] a partire dal 1o ottobre 2005, la s.ra Boruta, i sigg. Gervasoni, Kanninen, Kreppel, Mahoney, Tagaras e van Raepenbusch hanno prestato giuramento dinanzi la Corte il 5 ottobre 2005.

Appointed Judges of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal by the Council Decision of 22 July 2005 appointing Judges of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal [1] with effect from 1 October 2005, Ms Boruta, Mr Gervasoni, Mr Kanninen, Mr Kreppel, Mr Mahoney, Mr Tagaras and Mr van Raepenbusch took the oath before the Court of Justice on 5 October 2005.

Il 30 novembre 2005, ai sensi degli artt. 3, n. 4, della decisione 2004/752 e 106 del regolamento di procedura del Tribunale di primo grado, il Tribunale ha deciso che, per il periodo corrente tra il giorno della pubblicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale della decisione del presidente della Corte di giustizia che ha dichiarato la regolare costituzione del Tribunale della funzione pubblica e il 30 settembre 2006, il giudice sig. S. VAN RAEPENBUSCH, presidente della Seconda Sezione, sostituirà il presidente del Tribunale in caso di assenza o di impedimento in qualità di giudice dei procedimenti sommari.

On 30 November 2005, in accordance with Article 3(4) of Decision 2004/752 and Article 106 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance, the Tribunal decided that, for the period from the day of publication in the OJ of the decision of the President of the Court of Justice recording that the Civil Service Tribunal has been constituted in accordance with the law to 30 September 2006, Judge S. Van Raepenbusch, President of the Second Chamber, shall replace the President of the Tribunal as Judge hearing applications for interim measures in the event of the President's absence or his being prevented from attending.

Il 30 novembre 2005, ai sensi degli artt. 3, nn. 3 e 4, e 4 della decisione del Consiglio 2 novembre 2004, 2004/752/CE, Euratom, che istituisce il Tribunale della funzione pubblica dell'Unione europea [1], nonché degli artt. 4, nn. 2 e 3, dell'allegato I allo Statuto della Corte di giustizia e 10 del regolamento di procedura del Tribunale di primo grado, il Tribunale della funzione pubblica ha deciso di riunirsi in tre sezioni e in seduta plenaria. Inoltre, per il periodo corrente tra il 30 novembre 2005 e il 30 settembre 2008, ha eletto come presidenti di sezione i giudici sig. H. KREPPEL e sig. S. VAN RAEPENBUSCH, e ha assegnato i giudici alle sezioni nel modo seguente:

On 30 November 2005, in accordance with Article 3(3) and (4) and Article 4 of Council Decision 2004/752/EC, Euratom of 2 November 2004 establishing the European Union Civil Service Tribunal [1] and Article 4(2) and (3) of Annex I to the Statute of the Court of Justice and Article 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance, the Civil Service Tribunal decided to sit in three Chambers and as a full Court. In addition, for the period from 30 November 2005 to 30 September 2008, it elected as Presidents of Chambers Judges H. KREPPEL and S. VAN RAEPENBUSCH and assigned the Judges to the Chambers as follows:
