A discrete presence within the district, the <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> Theatre rises up from a structure that is used as a cinema. It is now almost completely restored in its essential components. A few interventions of a technical nature remain in the area of the stage, yet this is insignificant from the point of view of the spectator.

E’ previsto un intervento di ristrutturazione dell’intero edificio con demolizione e ricostruzione, e realizzazione di due piani interrati adibiti a parcheggio e locali tecnici oltre ai piani esistenti.

The entire building is to be restructured through demolition and reconstruction, with two underground levels to be built for a parking garage and mechanical and systems areas, in addition to the existing floors.

Oltre alla pura conservazione della memoria, interessante è il rapporto tra la struttura originaria di questi immobili e le tecniche comunicative dei nuovi ambienti che ospitano tutti quegli oggetti che testimoniano attività materiali che fanno parte del nostro patrimonio culturale.
