Prosegue la sua esposizione richiamando il contenzioso fiscale ed in particolare il contenzioso connesso all’imposta di registro relativa all’atto di conferimento di immobili effettuato nel 2002 dal Gruppo <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> a favore della Società.

He continues his presentation by recalling the tax disputes, in particular the one related to the registry tax for the transfer of properties done in 2002 by the <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> (CU) group in favour of the company.

L'<PROTECTED> (associazione per l'autogestione dei servizi e la solidarietà) e' nata nel 1989 su iniziativa del Sindacato Pensionati e della CgiL, ed e' animata dalla filosofia che gli "anziani sono una grande risorsa, attiva e positiva per la societa' civile".

Il diritto di recesso è esercitato mediante lettera raccomandata che deve essere spedita entro 30 (trenta) giorni dall'iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese della decisione che lo legittima, con l'indicazione delle generalità del socio recedente, del domicilio per le comunicazioni inerenti al procedimento.

The withdrawal right is excercised via letter with receipt of delivery, which must be sent within 30 (thirty) days from the registration of the decision legitimising the request in the Trade Register, including the personal details of the withdrawing shareholder and their domicile for comunications relating to the procedure.

Nei casi di obbligatorietà della nomina, tutti i sindaci devono essere revisori contabili, iscritti nel registro istituito presso il Ministero di Giustizia.

In case the appointment is mandatory, all auditors must be professionals entered in the register held by the Ministry of Justice.
