Mi auguro che, dopo Lisbona - sono lieto che il Senato ceco abbia ratificato il trattato - ci saranno in circolazione molte meno proposte sconclusionate da parte degli Stati membri, che fra l'altro, anche in caso di approvazione, non vengono mai pienamente attuate.
