La società è stata costituita mediante scissione parziale della società <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> Srl con attività di valorizzazione delle aree edificabili di proprietà.

It was formed from the partial spin-off of <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> S.r.l. and is active in redeveloping the areas it owns.

Tramite <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> S.r.l. il Gruppo ha rilevato il 10% della società <PROTECTED> &<PROTECTED> S.r.l., società di intermediazione immobiliare.

The Group acquired 10% of the real estate brokerage firm <PROTECTED> &<PROTECTED> S.r.l. through its <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> S.r.l. subsidiary.

Per quanto concerne le società acquistate nel corso dell’esercizio si è proceduto a consolidare lo stato patrimoniale al 31 dicembre 2004, mentre le risultanze economiche sono state inserite dal mese di acquisto del controllo della società.

As regards the companies acquired during the financial year, only the balance sheet as at December 31, 2004 was fully consolidated, while financial results were included only as from the date of company control acquisition.
