Principale obiettivo nell'ambito dell'articolo 5 -Obiettivo della misura: con la presente misura, la regione Vlaanderen intende dare un forte impulso all'assunzione dei lavoratori ultracinquantenni. L'intensità massima dell'aiuto ammonta a 3000 EUR (per trimestre) per un salario lordo superiore ai 10500 EUR a trimestre -

Main objective under Article 5 -Objective of the measure: Flanders wishes to use this subsidy scheme to give a strong incentive to employers to recruit people over 50. The reduction in wage costs will be confined to older job-seekers because high wage costs, often combined with prejudice against older employees, are an obstacle to recruitment for this group in particular. A company that takes on a non-working job-seeker aged 50 or over who has been registered as such with the VDAB for at least 14 days prior to recruitment will receive a job creation premium, providing it fulfils the conditions laid down in Article 4 of the measure. The maximum aid intensity is EUR 3000 (per quarter) for a net salary of more than EUR 10500 per quarter -
