1. Gli Stati membri riesaminano l'autorizzazione relativa a ciascun prodotto fitosanitario contenente molinate, tiram o ziram al fine di accertare che le condizioni riguardanti le sostanze attive di cui all'allegato I della direttiva 91/414/CEE siano soddisfatte. Ove necessario, essi modificano o revocano l'autorizzazione entro il 31 gennaio 2005.

Member States shall review the authorisation for each plant protection product containing molinate, thiram or ziram to ensure that the conditions relating to those active substances set out in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC are complied with. (8) Una volta effettuata l'iscrizione, gli Stati membri dovranno disporre di un congruo periodo per applicare le disposizioni della direttiva 91/414/CEE relative ai prodotti fitosanitari contenenti molinate, tiram e ziram e, in particolare, per riesaminare le autorizzazioni esistenti, in modo tale da garantire il rispetto delle condizioni attinenti a tali sostanze attive, contemplate nell'allegato I della direttiva 91/414/CEE. Occorre prevedere un periodo più lungo per la presentazione e la valutazione del fascicolo completo di ciascun prodotto fitosanitario conformemente ai principi uniformi specificati dalla direttiva 91/414/CEE.

(8) After inclusion, Member States should be allowed a reasonable period within which to implement the provisions of Directive 91/414/EEC as regards plant protection products containing molinate, thiram or ziram, and in particular, to review existing authorisations to ensure that the conditions regarding those active substances set out in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC are satisfied. A longer period should be provided for the submission and assessment of the complete dossier of each plant protection product in accordance with the uniform principles laid down in Directive 91/414/EEC.

(6) Dalle valutazioni effettuate, è lecito supporre che i prodotti fitosanitari contenenti molinate, tiram o ziram soddisfino in generale le esigenze di cui all'articolo 5, paragrafo 1, lettere a) e b), della direttiva 91/414/CEE, in particolare per quanto riguarda gli impieghi esaminati e specificati nel rapporto di riesame della Commissione. È pertanto opportuno iscrivere le sostanze attive in questione nell'allegato I, affinché in tutti gli Stati membri le autorizzazioni per i prodotti fitosanitari contenenti tali sostanze possano essere concesse conformemente alle disposizioni della summenzionata direttiva.

(6) It has appeared from the various examinations made that plant protection products containing molinate, thiram or ziram may be expected to satisfy, in general, the requirements laid down in Article 5(1)(a) and (b) of Directive 91/414/EEC, in particular with regard to the uses which were examined and detailed in the Commission review report. It is therefore appropriate to include these active substances in Annex I, in order to ensure that in all Member States the authorisations of plant protection products containing these active substances can be granted in accordance with the provisions of that Directive.
