an ecocard is presented which is incomplete or incorrect, or where the ecopoints are not correctly affixed;

b) uzrādītā ekokarte ir nepilnīga vai nepareiza, vai ekopunkti nav pareizi pievienoti;

d) uzdodot ekokartes marķēšanu iestādei, kurā veic ekokaršu sākotnējo aktivizēšanu.

(d) having the ecocard stamped at an office where the initialisation of ecotags is performed.

c) uzdodot ekokartes marķēšanu un datēšanu transportuzņēmēja valsts iestādēm pirms iebraukšanas Austrijas teritorijā,

(c) having the ecocard stamped and dated by the national authorities of the haulier before entering Austrian territory;

b) uzdodot ekokartes marķēšanu Austrijas robežkontroles iestādēm, transportlīdzeklim iebraucot Austrijā,c) uzdodot ekokartes marķēšanu un datēšanu transportuzņēmēja valsts iestādēm pirms iebraukšanas Austrijas teritorijā,

(2) Subject to its possible conclusion at a later date, the Agreement initialled on 15 November 2002 should be signed.

Ja transportlīdzeklī neizmanto ekoplāksnīti, vajadzīgo skaitu ekopunktu pievieno ekokartei un dzēš.

Unless a vehicle is using an ecotag, the requisite number of ecopoints shall be affixed to the ecocard and cancelled.

Ja vien transportlīdzeklī neizmanto ekoplāksnīti, ekopunktu vajadzīgo skaitu pievieno ekokartei un dzēš.

Unless the vehicle is using an ecotag, the requisite number of ecopoints shall be affixed to the ecocard and cancelled.

(2) Vajadzīgi skaidri noteikumi ekokaršu dzēšanai. Izmantotās ekokartes ir vajadzīgas statistikai.

(2) Clear rules for the cancellation of ecocards are required. The used ecocards are needed for statistical purposes.

Ekokarti ar vajadzīgo ekopunktu skaitu nodod Austrijas uzraudzības iestādēm, kuras atdod atpakaļ tās kopiju ar maksājuma apstiprinājumu.

An ecocard, bearing the requisite number of ecopoints shall be handed to the supervisory authorities of Austria, who will hand back a copy with the proof of payment.
