5.2. Ar Līguma izpildi saistītajiem Pušu savstarpējiem paziņojumiem jābūt sastādītiem rakstiski, izņemot gadījumus, kad šiem paziņojumiem ir informatīvs raksturs, kuru nodošanai otrai Pusei nav tiesisku seku. Paziņojums uzskatāms par piegādātu, ja tas ir nodots otrai Pusei pret parakstu vai nosūtīts pa pastu ierakstītā vēstulē uz Līgumā norādīto otras Puses adresi un ja pēc nosūtīšanas pagājušas 4 (četras) darba dienas.

Mutual communications of the Parties related to the Agreement shall be drawn up in writing, except when these statements are for information purposes and their transfer to the other party has no legal effect. A notification is deemed to be delivered if it is passed over to the other Party against signature or sent by registered mail to the other Party's address specified in the Agreement the other and after expiry of 4 (four) working days after mailing date.
