as there is increasing demand of skin care products in malaysia, skin care provider is essential to be outstanding, unique and price compatible in the industry in order to be sustainable and successful. therefore it is essential to study how to fulfill customer satisfaction and encourage them to make repeat purchase. the objectives of the study were to determine the relationship of independent variables such as brand trust, brand image, customer commitment and perceived quality towards dependent variable, customer satisfaction in skin care industry, most critical factor which affect customer satisfaction as well as suggesting marketing strategies to skin care providers. in this study, the most significant relationship of customer commitment and customer satisfaction was determined, with the correlation value of 0.757. besides, 46.5% of 200 respondents were reflected that perceived quality is the most critical factor that influencing customer satisfaction in skin care industry. the result suggests further study in specific skin care branding.
