Whereas tariff quotas were granted for certain products in the eggs and poultrymeat sectors pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1431/94 of 22 June 1994 laying down detailed rules for the application in the poultrymeat sector of the import arrangements provided for in Council Regulation No 774/94 (9) opening and providing for the administration of certain Community tariff quotas for poultrymeat and certain other agricultural products, as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 958/96 (10), pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1474/95 of 28 June 1995 opening and providing for the administration of the tariff quotas in the egg sector (11), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1219/96 (12) and pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1251/96 of 28 June 1996 opening and providing for the administration of tariff quotas in the poultrymeat sector (13);
