Komisja stara się zapewnić wszystkie niezbędne połączenia między KDZK.

The Commission shall see that arrangements are made for all the necessary liaison between the CGCs.

Przewodniczący każdego KDZK jest wybierany zgodnie z regulaminem spośród przedstawicieli Państw Członkowskich.

The chairman of each CGC shall be elected from among the representatives of the Member States in accordance with the rules of procedure.

Każdy KDZK jest powoływany przez Komisję na podstawie nominacji dokonanych przez Państwa Członkowskie.

Each CGC shall be appointed by the Commission on the basis of nominations made by Member States.

KDZK mogą ustanawiać grupy robocze ad hoc z dokładnie zdefiniowanym zakresem uprawnień, przyznanych na określony czas.

The CGCs may set up ad hoc working parties with clearly defined terms of reference which are limited in time.

Komitety rozwiązane zgodnie z art. 7 wykonują swoje zadania do chwili, kiedy nowe KDZK rzeczywiście rozpoczną działalność.

The Committees dissolved pursuant to Article 7 shall continue to carry out their tasks until the new CGCs effectively start functioning.

Nowe KDZK, o których mowa w art. 1, rozpoczną działanie w okresie krótszym niż sześć miesięcy od daty wejścia w życie niniejszej decyzji.

The new CGCs referred to in Article 1 shall start functioning within a period not exceeding six months from the entry into force of this Decision.

2. Grupom roboczym ad hoc przewodniczy członek KDZK. Grupy te składają się maksymalnie z dwóch członków z każdego Państwa Członkowskiego i dwóch przedstawicieli Komisji.

2. The ad hoc working parties shall be chaired by a member of the CGC. They shall be composed of a maximum of two members per Member State and two Commission representatives.

Komisja stara się zapewnić wszystkie niezbędne połączenia między KDZK. W opiniach KDZK przytacza się ewentualne stanowiska mniejszości. Są one systematycznie przekazywane przez Komisję Parlamentowi oraz Radzie.

The Commission shall see that arrangements are made for all the necessary liaison between the CGCs. The opinions emanating from CGCs shall mention any minority positions. They shall be passed on to the Parliament and the Council by the Commission on a systematic basis.

W tym celu każde Państwo Członkowskie oraz Komisja mogą być reprezentowane na każdym posiedzeniu KDZK przez maksymalnie trzy osoby wybrane spośród przedstawicieli lub ekspertów, o których mowa w art. 3.

To this end, each Member State and the Commission may be represented at each meeting of the CGCs by a maximum of three persons chosen from among the representatives or experts referred to in Article 3.

Zadaniem KDZK jest wspieranie Komisji w jej zadaniu określania i przygotowywania działań badawczych, rozwojowych i demonstracji oraz w jej funkcjach zarządzająco-koordynujących, które są związane z wdrażaniem wspólnotowej strategii naukowo-technicznej.

The mission of the CGCs shall be to assist the Commission in its task of defining and preparing research, development and demonstration activities and in its management and coordination functions which are connected with implementation of the Community scientific and technical strategy.

KDZK organizują swoją pracę w taki sposób, aby uzyskać specjalistyczne doradztwo, którego mogą potrzebować; spotykają się w zmiennym składzie, odpowiednio do charakteru zadań, które mają wykonać.

The CGCs shall organize their work in such a way as to obtain the specialized advice which they may require and shall meet in variable configurations appropriate to the nature of the tasks they are to accomplish.

3. Przewodniczący każdego KDZK jest wybierany zgodnie z regulaminem spośród przedstawicieli Państw Członkowskich. Jego kadencja trwa dwa lata i jest raz odnawialna. Państwo Członkowskie, z którego pochodzi przewodniczący, wyznaczy osobę będącą jego zastępcą.

3. The chairman of each CGC shall be elected from among the representatives of the Member States in accordance with the rules of procedure. His term of office shall be two years, renewable once. The chairman's Member State of origin shall appoint a person to deputize for him.
